We are three founders covering technology, business and operations, which means the person who scopes your project is talking to the person who builds it every day.

How we work
Fixed prices, written scope
You get an itemised quote and a scope document before we start. Changes go through a change log, so scope creep is a conversation rather than a surprise invoice.
You own everything
The automations, the accounts, the documentation. If you want to take it in-house or move to another provider, everything you need comes with you.
Async-first communication
Clear written updates rather than status meetings. We schedule calls when a call is genuinely faster than a message.
We say no
If automating something will not pay for itself, we will tell you. A bad project costs us more in reputation than it earns in fees.
Documentation as standard
Every build is handed over with written documentation and training, so the system does not depend on us being available.
Support after launch
Between 30 and 90 days of free support on every project, depending on its size. Longer if you are on a retainer.
