Every project is quoted individually, but the ranges below cover most of what we do. International clients are quoted in USD; Kenyan clients in KES at equivalent rates.
| Budget | What that typically buys |
|---|---|
| $250 – $1,000 | A single workflow automation, a simple FAQ chatbot, basic data processing, or a strategy consultation. |
| $1,000 – $5,000 | A medium-complexity workflow, a chatbot with integrations, a content automation pipeline, or full process mapping. |
| $5,000 – $15,000 | Complex multi-step automation, an advanced chatbot, full business process automation, or custom integrations. |
| $15,000 – $50,000+ | Full business automation, custom development, multiple connected systems with dedicated support. |
Payment terms: fixed-price projects are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Retainers are invoiced monthly.
The short test: is it repetitive, rule-based, and does someone do it more than a few times a week? If yes, it is almost certainly worth automating. If you are not sure, book the one-hour strategy call — we will map your current process and tell you honestly whether the numbers work.
A single workflow starts around $250. A custom chatbot with integrations runs $1,500–$3,000. A full business process automation is $5,000–$15,000, and enterprise work goes beyond that. Every service page lists its own range, and you always get a fixed price in writing before we start.
Every project includes free support for a fixed window — 30 days on most work, 60 days on full process automation, 90 days on custom development. After that you can either handle it yourself using the documentation we hand over, or move onto a retainer.
We ask what you are trying to do, why, what your current process looks like, and where it hurts. From there we define scope, estimate effort and send a written proposal with an itemised price, a timeline, and a clear line between what is included and what is extra.
Fixed-price projects are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Retainers are invoiced monthly. Local clients pay in KES by bank transfer; international clients pay in USD by bank transfer, PayPal, or through the marketplace platform we are engaged on.
Yes. You own the automations, the accounts they run on, and the documentation. We do not hold your systems hostage — if you ever want to take it in-house or move to another provider, everything you need comes with you.
Tell us the scope and we will come back with an itemised quote, not a range.
