A WhatsApp bot for ACK Church that keeps the congregation informed and connected — handling three core communication streams: upcoming events (services, programs, special gatherings), committee membership info (which committees exist, how to join, who to contact), and weekly bible verses sent out as a recurring message.
The challenge
Orders arrived in Shopify but inventory lived in a separate system. Someone had to open both, read one and type into the other, several times a day, and mistakes went unnoticed until stock counts drifted.
What we built
A Make.com scenario watches Shopify for new orders, extracts the line items, updates the inventory system and posts a confirmation to the team channel. Four integrations, ten workflow steps, roughly eight hours of build time.
