Vanguard Technologies builds workflow automation, AI chatbots and custom integrations for businesses in Kenya and internationally — so your team spends its day on work that actually needs a human.
We are an AI automation agency based in Kenya, working with local businesses and international clients alike. We connect the tools you already use, deploy AI where it earns its keep, and build custom systems when nothing off the shelf will do.
Our advantage is not that we are cheaper — though we are. It is that we are close enough to your market to know which processes matter, and technical enough to build the thing properly the first time.
Most of the value in automation comes from making systems that were never designed to talk to each other work as one.
Connect your business tools without code, so data moves itself and nobody re-types anything.

We start with what you are actually trying to do and why — your current process, where it breaks, and what it costs you. No proposal until we can describe your problem back to you correctly.
You get a written proposal: the exact systems involved, what gets automated, a realistic timeline, an itemised fixed price, and a clear line between what is included and what is extra.
We build it, test it against real cases, document it, and train your team. Then support runs free for 30 to 90 days depending on the work, and you own everything.
Once systems are live, most clients move onto a retainer so improvements and fixes happen without a new quote every time.
Keep your automations healthy without keeping anyone on staff for it.

The short test: is it repetitive, rule-based, and does someone do it more than a few times a week? If yes, it is almost certainly worth automating. If you are not sure, book the one-hour strategy call — we will map your current process and tell you honestly whether the numbers work.
A single workflow starts around $250. A custom chatbot with integrations runs $1,500–$3,000. A full business process automation is $5,000–$15,000, and enterprise work goes beyond that. Every service page lists its own range, and you always get a fixed price in writing before we start.
Every project includes free support for a fixed window — 30 days on most work, 60 days on full process automation, 90 days on custom development. After that you can either handle it yourself using the documentation we hand over, or move onto a retainer.
We ask what you are trying to do, why, what your current process looks like, and where it hurts. From there we define scope, estimate effort and send a written proposal with an itemised price, a timeline, and a clear line between what is included and what is extra.
Fixed-price projects are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Retainers are invoiced monthly. Local clients pay in KES by bank transfer; international clients pay in USD by bank transfer, PayPal, or through the marketplace platform we are engaged on.
Tell us the process that wastes the most time in your business. The first conversation is free and we will tell you honestly whether automating it is worth the money.
